Bridge Athletic is a third party software company that delivers the programs we have created for you. Downloading the Bridge app and making an account is free. We build the programs, Bridge is the host. When you click the link to buy a program, you will be redirected to Bridge to process payment and set up an account.
Some exercise photos and videos may be created by us, some are created by Bridge.

You can access Bridge online using their desktop website or their mobile app. If you buy a program on mobile, you will be able to access it on a computer through your account and vice versa. We recommend the app for the best gym experience.

Each program has specific days and weeks that are pre-organized for you. Within each day, there is a warm-up, main exercises, and cool-down. Each exercise comes with sets, reps, weight recommendations (usually based on Rate of Percieved Exertion or RPE), cueing notes, and photos or videos. If a program has you working within a specific heart rate zone, Bridge automatically calcuates that heart rate for you based on your age.
-
As stated in the waiver, our programs are for individual use only. If you have a group need, send us a message on the “contact” part of our website. We do not guarantee that we will be able to meet the needs of your team or group.
In the meantime, we recommend that individuals within groups purchase the program most suitable for their ability level.

Please exercise safely and never push yourself if you are unsure about how to perform an exercise with correct or safe technique. Life happens - if you can’t get all of your assigned workouts done in a week, that’s fine. We recommend to check the program description for the recommened weekly cadence, and pick up where you left off. We DO NOT recommend skipping ahead in the program, doing two workouts in one day, or skipping rest days to make up time. Each workout is carefully tailored to progress strength and difficulty over time with specific rest periods.
-
If you purchase a program and within a week, decide that it is not for you, we will issue a partial refund (the cost of the program - processing fees).
If you want to switch to a new program at a different difficulty level, we can do that at no cost. You will lose access to the original program.
